Corum Engineering was established in 2001 and offers 30 years of residential and commercial inspection and design experience.

All Corum Engineering inspections and evaluations are supervised by a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). Services include pre-purchase home inspections, commercial property condition assessments, structural inspections, maintenance planning, capital reserve studies, environmental site assessments, insurance claim investigations, new construction monitoring, and project management.

Our main office is located in Knoxville, Tennessee, with branch offices in Chattanooga and Nashville. Given our strategic location, we can provide service to surrounding counties in a timely manner.
